Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide support to the Account Executive. Duties include general clerical and project based work. The Administrative Assistant represents the company and sets the example of professionalism and customer service to clients and their employees, prospective clients, and vendors.

Duties include:

•Dealing with clients, prospective clients and others by telephone or in person.
•Gather and compile census information for annual rate renewals for prospective and current clients.
•Review and analyze various group plans and benefits to assist in custom benefit package creation.
•Assemble open enrollment documentation for distribution.
•Assist in presentation creation.
•Resolution of various claims issues.
•Research issues and complete follow-up, problem solving as directed.
•Create and maintain spreadsheets with minimal direction.
•Transcribe memos and letters.
•Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
